XINDA Group (China XD), China’s leading plastics compounder, debuted here this week at K 2016, the world’s largest plastics and rubber trade fair. Along with its debut, the company also introduced a series of innovative automotive plastics applications, PLA molding technologies and its recent breakthrough in 3D printing materials. XINDA’s presence here at K represents the company’s expansion into world markets as a pioneering new polymer innovator that is leveraging its strong manufacturing and innovation capabilities to serve a broader international customer base.
‘Part of XINDA’s growth strategy is to change the plastics industry’s perception from ‘Made in China’ to ‘Created in China,’ which means that we are delivering the highest value for our customers,” said Mr. Qingwei Ma, Chief Operation Officer of XINDA Group. “This is the key to deriving our future success in overseas markets. While it is a challenging task, we are leading the trend away from using lowest-price to penetrate overseas markets, instead focusing on the value our products can bring. This is what our customers want.”
XINDA also announced at K 2016 its plan to build a Global R&D Center based in Shanghai, which will be opened in 2017. XINDA started global production four years ago when it built a manufacturing site in Dubai to better serve its international customers in Russia and Middle East.
During K 2016, XINDA’s senior executives visited several leading research institutes and universities in Germany, the UK and France, where they explored joint opportunities in materials development.
